ARTE DE MAFIA: A legacy of honor and chance
When you walk through the door, you are no longer a spectator.
You become part of a story that began in Leonforte, Sicily, and crossed the ocean escaping destiny.
This house is born from the legacy of Salvatore Venticinque, who after the First World War and a life marked by the shadow of the mafia and his friendship with the legendary Salvatore Giuliano, sought a new horizon in Argentina. Chance — or destiny — willed that today our restaurant stands on El Salvador Street, and that our street number, when added together, results in 25 (Venticinque): the name and surname of the man who gave us our origin.
Here, you don’t come just to eat. You come to sit at the table as it is done in true Italy: with respect, with time, and with character. The lighting is low, the wine flows slowly, and the kitchen works without rush, because game cuts, braised dishes, and recipes that honor our roots are never improvised.
You order an antipasto. Then, a signature specialty from our kitchen. Every dish carries weight and intention; from seafood to large cuts of meat. There is no filler. No coincidence. Only tradition, technique, and that touch of mystery that makes the night worthwhile.
